Ruby Hotel Phu Quoc

Located in the heart of the island, it's easy to explore every corner of the area. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing good laundry service and answering all of your questions. the rooms are spacious with big and beautiful bathrooms. the restaurant offers delicious and cheap food, and the minibar adds to the convenience of the guests.

Cleanliness is an issue. One reviewer reported finding long hairs on the floor, and sheets and duvets that had not been changed.
